 CS KHASANOVA'S  FAMILY ALBUM

Khasanova was foaled on May 31, 1989. Bred by Carol A. Silverberg of California, he closely replicates the look and personality  of his superhorse sire. Shipped as a weanling  to northern Alabama,

Khasanova showed in halter and was Reserve Champion as a two year old at the Music City Show in Shelbyville, Tennessee.  In the care of world renowned trainer Jack Thomas Jr., he showed to Grand Champion Halter at the Alabama Arabian Show. Because of a minor injury when a foal, the focus of his career was shifted to performance, where he has excelled, winning many championship titles in Hunter Pleasure Open and Show Hack, including four Top Fives in Regions IX and XII.

Khas has shown the true greatness of his heart with his forbearance and willingness to tolerate and teach. His gentlemanly behavior has won a large following of appreciative fans throughout the Southeast.  In his amateur career he has also garnered championships in Hunter Pleasure and Show Hack,  and in his last appearance at US Nationals he was SemiFinalist in Open Show Hack despite also showing in Amateur Hunter Pleasure.  In the last several years his show schedule has been more relaxed, partly due to breeding commitments.

Khasanova's first foal crop in 1994 produced halter and performance champions. SD Dahlonega, his first foal, excelled in halter and at 16' has made a successful hunter pleasure horse with an exceptionally sweet temperament.  His offspring are being enjoyed in diverse disciplines, from Country English to trail riding, hunter-jumper and dressage.  Many of his foals have been perpetual winners in every show they enter, such as multi-champion Star Kommand.Several of his colts have won national level championships and top tens.

All of Khasanova's offspring, whether show string or beloved family friends, reflect the quality, beauty and sound mentality of their sire.

A PEDIGREE THAT NEEDS NO EXPLANATION!

 KHASANOVA'S COMPLIMENTS:

To meet CS Khasanova is to see what the Arabian horse is all about- the result of centuries of breeding horses that were far more than transportation for their owners--for thousands of years, Arabians were bred to live in the tent as members of the family. Recognition of the superior qualities of the swift, courageous yet  personable Arabian led to cross-breeding that produced most of today's popular horse breeds. The purebred Arabian as remains a genetic resource for improvement, whatever the discipline; and CS Khasanova,  like his sire Khemosabi++++ exemplifies the continued, contemporary attention to pedigree to perpetuate and maximize the traits that maintain the classic Arabian's status among the equine elite.

Whether Khasanova is at home in the barn or at a show,  new acquaintances quickly become new fans and friends.

Some comments from trainers and horsemen of many breeds and disciplines:

" This horse is awesome."

"He's so easy to handle, you forget he's a stallion--  his temperament alone is worth promoting."

"People all over the world are looking for this horse."

"My Khasanova foal is the easiest horse to train I've ever seen."

"This stallion has the most quality I've seen in this part of the country."

"He is such a gentleman with you."

"What an absolutely gorgeous horse!" "What a nice manners he has!" "What a brilliant performance!""I really like your horse!"

"This is what an Arabian should look like!"

"Khasanova is one of the great ones."  -International Arabian Judge Jack Thomas
